Dr Ruben Garcia-Sanchez

Dr Ruben Garcia-Sanchez is an internationally recognised Specialist Periodontist with extensive experience in the management of periodontal disease, periodontal plastic surgery and advanced implant therapy.

Following graduation with honours in Dentistry, Dr Garcia-Sanchez completed his specialist training at the internationally renowned Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, where he was awarded a Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontology and Implantology. He also achieved specialist certification from the European Federation of Periodontology, recognising his advanced clinical skills to European standards.

For 13 years, Dr Garcia-Sanchez served as Consultant and Clinical Supervisor in Periodontology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, where he trained postgraduate clinicians and contributed to the delivery of specialist periodontal care. He continues his academic involvement as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at King’s College London.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Garcia-Sanchez has completed a PhD in Dental Sciences, focusing on innovative surgical techniques designed to optimise aesthetics and long-term outcomes around dental implants. His research continues to contribute to the advancement of periodontal and implant surgery.

Dr Garcia-Sanchez provides comprehensive specialist care for patients with periodontal disease, gum recession and complex implant cases, combining evidence-based treatment with meticulous attention to function, aesthetics and long-term oral health.
