Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can occasionally change.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify our reception team as soon as possible by calling 020 7730 2500. We will be pleased to assist in arranging an alternative appointment at a convenient time.

As appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change of appointment.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or in the event of a missed appointment without prior notification, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee.
