Dr Andrew Harris

Dr Andrew Harris is a highly experienced Specialist Periodontist with extensive experience in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease. He is committed to delivering evidence-based periodontal care, helping patients achieve long-term oral health through both non-surgical and surgical treatment.

Dr Harris graduated from Guy’s Hospital in 1986 before spending two years in general dental practice. He subsequently undertook specialist training in Periodontics through the prestigious Guy’s Master’s Programme, developing advanced skills in the management of complex periodontal conditions.

Following completion of his specialist training, Dr Harris remained at Guy’s Hospital as a Clinical Lecturer for five years, where he combined specialist patient care with the teaching and supervision of postgraduate dentists.

With many years of specialist clinical experience, Dr Harris provides comprehensive periodontal treatment, working closely with referring dentists to preserve natural dentition wherever possible and support long-term restorative outcomes. His calm, patient-focused approach and commitment to clinical excellence have earned him the trust of both patients and referring colleagues.

Dr Harris is recognised as a Registered Specialist in Periodontics by the General Dental Council.
